Kauppapuutarhaliitto järjestää vuosittain vuosikokouksen yhteydessä Tampereella lokakuun lopussa Uuden Tekniikan Päivän, joka kokoaa yhteen kasvihuonealan ammattilaiset, asiantuntijat ja tulevaisuuden ratkaisujen kehittäjät.

Päivän aikana esitellään kasvihuonealaan liittyviä uusimpia teknologioita, innovaatioita ja älykkäitä ratkaisuja, jotka auttavat parantamaan energiatehokkuutta, satoisuutta, kestävyyttä ja tuotannon hallintaa. Luvassa on kiinnostavia puheenvuoroja, käytännönläheisiä esimerkkejä ja verkostoitumismahdollisuuksia alan toimijoiden kesken.

Päivän aikana myös jaetaan vuosittain Puutarha-alan Innovaatiopalkinto.

Tapahtuma on avoin kaikille aiheesta kiinnostuneille, olitpa sitten viljelijä, teknologiatoimittaja, tutkija, opiskelija tai muuten vain innostunut alan kehityksestä. Tervetuloa kuulemaan, mitä uutta alalla tapahtuu – ja hakemaan ideoita omaan toimintaan!

The Finnish Glasshouse Growers’ Association annually organises the New Technology Day in connection with its Annual General Meeting, held in Tampere at the end of October. This event brings together greenhouse professionals, experts, and developers of future solutions.

During the day, the latest technologies, innovations, and smart solutions related to the greenhouse industry will be presented, all aimed at improving energy efficiency, productivity, sustainability, and production management. The programme includes inspiring presentations, practical case examples, and valuable networking opportunities among industry professionals.

The annual Horticultural Innovation Award will also be presented during the event.
